More Saturday Fun!

While Mommy and the older kids were having breakfast with the witches, Daddy and Caleb participated in our Stakes Halloween 5K. 

Daddy said he felt pretty good about his time. Especially since he had to keep stopping to pick up Caleb's dinosaurs that kept falling out of the stroller. 

Mamma came to stay with us that afternoon. We loaded everyone up and went to Salem pond to play and feed the ducks. 

We found some pretty hungry ducks! They kept following Gwen and were very impatient for her bread. Once she was out of bread, she started running away from the ducks yelling, "I'm not food!! I'm not food!!"

That night, Mommy and Adam had a special night out together. Adam got tickets to a Pentatonix concert for his birthday and we have waited for months to finally see them live!! Adam was super excited! It was late by the time Pentatonix  finally came on stage, but he screamed and sang along all night long and had a great time! He couldn't believe how loud it was, but he loved it!

Mamma spent the night at our house and had a sleepover with the girls in their room. To say the girls were happy, would be an understatement. They were so happy to have some special time with Mamma!

Breakfast with a Witch

On the Saturday of Fall Break, we got to do something we have never done before. Mommy took the 3 older kids up to Gardner Village to have breakfast with a Witch! Actually it was breakfast with several witches. We went up with the Gallegos crew and had a really fun morning having some Halloween fun. 

The Witches were really fun, but the kids weren't quite sure about them at first. 

This Witch had a dance party with the girls. 

She kept telling everyone Adam was her new boyfriend.

Mommy and Gwen loved wearing our sparkly shoes!

They found a Christmas shop  that had ornaments with names on them, so they all searched for an ornament with each of their names.

We had a yummy pancake breakfast!

The Witches signed autographs for the kids. 

The Witches had games and competitions for everyone to enjoy. Adam and Mommy were chosen for one of the challenges. Adam and to try and feed Mommy a tootsie roll (gross and impossible to eat with braces). He had to unwrap it and feed it to me from behind my back. It wasn't very easy and I almost ended up with a tootsie roll up my nose. 

Tessa was chosen to play broom golf with the Witches. She loved it!

After breakfast, they had a parade with the Witches and we headed home to see Mamma!

Fall Break-Part 4

Friday, Mommy was feeling like we needed something relaxing to do. At least Mommy needed to relax. So to the movies we went! We were a little worried about Caleb making it through the entire movie, but I figured for a buck, we'd chance it. We saw The Life of Pets and the kids loved it!

 Caleb loved seeing all the animals and we found that as long as we keep Caleb sugared up, he sits through a movie just fine!

 That evening after Daddy got home from work, we headed to BYU for BOOMSHAKALAKA!! It's basketball season and Adam is so ready!!
